Menu and Prices

The number of staff listed are recommendations.   If you have any questions or would like to discuss any options please call us or use our contact us page.

We recommend our trained staff to carve meat, prepare and cook vegetables / prepare salads and serve your guests, setting the buffet table with matching bowls and bain marie.  Our staff member will also serve meat.

The number of staff required depends on number of guest’s type of menu and service you require.

Weddings Food staff are rostered for a 5 hour shift. ($25.00 extra per staff member)
RSA Bar Staff are rostered for a 4 hour shift.   $120 for four hours.

Trained uniformed staff
(Chef  $120, Waiter or Waitress $100 for each staff member)

Staff rostered as per below for Buffet service.

20 to 40                        1 Staff $120    

41 to79                         1 Chef & 1 waiter/ss $220

80 to 110                      1 Chef & 2 waiter/ss $320

111 and above              2 Chef & 2 waiter/ss ring for a quote

Cold soft drinks available; coke, pepsi, diet coke, lemonade, fanta.  ($1.30 per drink) all cans of drink are supplied in a cold box.
